Definitions

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: "we" and “the company” means Litebike Ltd. The "customer" means the customer of the company. 

Payment

We will take payment from your chosen payment method when you place your order. No goods will be supplied without payment. 

We use Shopify's secure payment gateway. Shopify will handle transactions on our behalf and we do not at any time have access to your full payment details. We do not store credit card details and we do not share customer details with any third parties. We will need to know your address in order for us to fulfil your order.

Delivery times

When we have the item(s) you have ordered in stock we will dispatch it quickly. In the UK we ship with Royal Mail. We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Orders usually take 1-5 working days to arrive, depending on the shipping option you select.

Stock

Items ordered that are in stock should be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will notify the customer in the rare instance where this is not possible.

Claims

Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to Litebike Ltd within seven working days of delivery. 

Litebike Ltd will be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim and the customer will, if requested in writing or verbally, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials to Litebike Ltd for examination. 

Liability

Should the customer establish that any of the goods have not been delivered or have been delivered damaged, Litebike Ltd will at its option, replace them with similar goods or credit the customer for their invoice value.

Should the customer establish that any of the goods are defective Litebike Ltd will replace them with similar goods or credit the customer for their invoice value.

Cycling involves inherent risks. By using our products, you agree to assume all risks associated with cycling and the use of these products. 

Litebike Ltd will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that result from the use of its products. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injuries, property damage, and any consequential, incidental, or special damages. 

In no circumstances shall the liability of Litebike Ltd to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation, the customer has the right to cancel their order up to 14 days after the order receipt date as long as the items are in their original condition, with all labels attached. 

We offer a 30 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. All refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us. Please return the item in its original condition, with any labels attached, including your name, order number and date of purchase.

Warranty

Our bike parts are built to last and we offer a two-year warranty on our products. You can find more details on our warranty page.
