2/ Manufacturing

We are here to push the boundaries of cycling. To go one further. Manufacturing starts with quality materials, including the carbon fibre composites that form our X Weave™ technology. We apply cutting-edge machining and moulding techniques to ensure each part is crafted with meticulous precision. We achieve consistent quality through our testing protocols.

3/ Real-world testing

In our view nothing beats real-world testing. Through our growing community of amateur and pros we have the necessary feedback loops in place to learn how our products are experienced by cyclists over thousands of miles. We listen, iterate and optimise for functionality and on-road usability. We call this process the OODA loop. It's part of our DNA.
