Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from date of purchase to return a product for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with any labels attached.
You will need to provide proof of purchase such as an email receipt, including your name, order number and date of purchase. You will be responsible for ensuring the product is returned to us in its original condition.
If you need to make a return, please first contact us to arrange where to send the package. All returned items must be shipped with a courier service. You must ensure you get proof of postage as we cannot refund lost packages. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for covering the return costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it has been returned to us in its original new and unused condition. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10-15 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
All our products are specialist, performance-graded components that require careful installation. Carbon fibre components should be hand-tightened initially, then finished using a calibrated torque wrench, ensuring the maximum torque value is never exceeded. We cannot accept returns for any products damaged during installation.
