Definitions
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: "we" and “the company” means Litebike Ltd. The "customer" means the customer of the company.
Payment
We will take payment from your chosen payment method when you place your order. No goods will be supplied without payment.
We use Stripe's secure payment gateway. Stripe will handle transactions on our behalf and we do not at any time have access to your full payment details. We do not store credit card details and we do not share customer details with any third parties. We will need to know your address in order for us to fulfil your order.
Delivery times
When we have the item(s) you have ordered in stock we will dispatch it quickly. In the UK we use Royal Mail or Evri. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Orders usually take 1-3 working days.
Stock
Items ordered that are in stock should be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will notify the customer in the rare instance where this is not possible.
Claims
Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to Litebike Ltd within seven working days of delivery.
Litebike Ltd will be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim and the customer will, if requested in writing or verbally, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials to Litebike Ltd for examination.
Liability
Should the customer establish that any of the goods have not been delivered or have been delivered damaged, Litebike Ltd will at its option, replace them with similar goods or credit the customer for their invoice value.
Should the Customer establish that any of the goods are defective Litebike Ltd will at its option, replace them with similar goods or credit the customer for their invoice value.
In no circumstances shall the liability of Litebike Ltd to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation, the customer has the right to cancel their order up to 14 days after the order receipt date as long as the items are in their original condition, with all labels attached.
We offer a 30 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. All refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.
Privacy policy
Depending on how you use our site we may collect some or all of the following data: name; date of birth; contact information such as email addresses and telephone numbers; billing and postal address; demographic information such as post code, preferences and interests; financial information such as transaction history; IP address (automatically collected); web browser type and version (automatically collected); operating system (automatically collected); A list of URLs starting with a referring site, your activity on our Site, and the site you exit to (automatically collected); lifestyle and other information collected on registration or through surveys.
We may also collect non-personal identifying information about your visit to our website based on your browsing activities. This information may include the pages you browse and products and services viewed or ordered. This helps us to better manage and develop our sites, to provide you with a more enjoyable, customised service, and to help us develop and deliver better products and services tailored to your individual interests and needs.
From time to time, if you consented accordingly we may also store and use your information to contact you for market research, marketing, information and customer service purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, mail or social media platforms as indicated by you.
All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
