Shipping to UK

We’ll send your UK order using Royal Mail or Evri using their 1-3 day delivery service. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details. We offer free shipping on orders over £50.

Shipping to Europe

We ship to Europe. We’ll send your order either using International Royal Mail Tracked or Evri. Their service usually takes 3-7 days but can be a bit longer sometimes. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

We charge a flat rate of £5.50 for shipping and to cover EU taxes. This is roughly equivalent to €6.30, based on the current exchange rate.

The 27 countries in Europe we ship to are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

We’re only happy if you are. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new bike part, you can return an unused item to us for a full refund.

 

To return your bike part to us please pack up the item and send it back to us within 30 days. Please make sure you get proof of postage as we cannot replace lost packages. Postage costs will not be refunded.

 

Please note that in some instances refunds can take between 10-21 days to reach your account.
